1. Navigate to 'Quotes & Orders'
- You can navigate to 'Quotes & Orders' by Clicking on 'Quotes & Orders' located on the Home Screen
- You can navigate to 'Quotes & Orders' by Clicking on 'Quotes & Orders' located on the Manage Screen
2. Select 'Service' and Select 'Hired'
- By clicking on 'Services' and 'Hired' you will be able to view the service requests that you have quoted for
3. Click on the Request
- On the Top Right Corner of the Screen, you would see the Chat Icon
- Click on the Chat Icon
4. Chatting with Vendor
- You will not be able to chat with the Customer, until they have started the Chat with you
- If they have started the Chat, then you may Chat with you Customer by entering a message and click on the Send Button
5. Checking the Chat
You can access your chat from:
- Following the Instructions above OR
- By clicking on 'Chat' on the bottom menu
