I received a request for Services, and have sent my quote, how do i chat with the Customer?

1. Navigate to 'Quotes & Orders'

  • You can navigate to 'Quotes & Orders' by Clicking on 'Quotes & Orders' located on the Home Screen
  • You can navigate to 'Quotes & Orders' by Clicking on 'Quotes & Orders' located on the Manage Screen

2. Select 'Service' and Select 'Quoted'

  • By clicking on 'Services' and 'Quoted' you will be able to view the service requests that you have quoted for

3. Click on the Request

  1. On the Top Right Corner of the Screen, you would see the Chat Icon
  2. Click on the Chat Icon

 4. Chatting with Vendor

  • You will not be able to chat with the Customer, until they have started the Chat with you
  • If they have started the Chat, then you may Chat with you Customer by entering a message and click on the Send Button

5. Checking the Chat

You can access your chat from:

  • Following the Instructions above OR
  • By clicking on 'Chat' on the bottom menu
