I've placed an order with a vendor, what happens next?

1. Navigate to 'My Orders'

  • You can navigate to 'My Offers & Orders' by Clicking on 'My Offers & Orders' located on the Home Screen
  • You can navigate to 'My Offers & Orders' by Clicking on 'My Offers & Orders' located on the Manage Screen

2. Viewing the Status

  1. You can view the status on the 'My Orders' tab for the item that you have purchased
  2. The Vendor will update the status and you will be notified

3. Giving your Reviews and Rating

  • You may give reviews and ratings to the vendor by clicking on 'Add Review' Button

4. Chat with the Vendor

  • You may chat with the vendor by clicking on the chat icon on the Top Right Corner
