1. Navigate to 'My Requests'
- You can navigate to 'My Requests' by Clicking on 'My Requests' located on the Home Screen
- You can navigate to 'My Requests' by Clicking on 'My Requests' located on the Manage Screen
2. Select Service or Products
- By clicking on 'Services' you will be able to view the service requests that you have requested for
3. Viewing Quotes
- You will be able to see on the right side of your request, the number of quotes that you have received from vendors for that particular request.
- Click on your request that has received quotes
- To view your Quotes simply click on 'View Quotes' button OR by clicking on 'Quotes' on the Tab
4. Chatting with Vendor
- Click on the Quotes received from Vendor
- Initiate the Chat by entering a message and click on the Send Button
5. Checking the Chat
After you have initiated the chat, you can access your chat from:
- Following the Instructions above OR
- By clicking on 'Chat' on the bottom menu
